PLEASEFINDIT is the Registered Trademark of Pleasefindit Limited and in use since 2000. The Mark is governed by the protocols of The Trademarks Act 1994, amended 1st January 2021 of The United Kingdom and Registered with The Intellectual Property Office, Registration Number: UK00003489270, under class 35, covering Advertising and Marketing. Any breach of The Trademark by way of infringement, abuse, unlicensed, and unauthorised use or 'passing-off'. Incurs a penalty cost to the perpetrators of £20,000.00 (GB Pounds Twenty Thousand) per day, in the context of the value of Pleasefindit Ltd and the generality of the longevity of use. These revised Terms and Conditions are in the context of the departure of the United Kingdom from membership of the European Union on 1 February 2020.

All matters relating to the trademark PLEASEFINDIT globally, will be deemed to be governed and administered by the laws of the United Kingdom, coupled to any agreements and protocols, agreed or negotiated with any trademark organisation or specific country, by the government of the United Kingdom. In the context of the Jurisdiction and Governing Law as stated herein.

Intellectual Property

All Branding, Domain names (linked or forwarded) and Trade Marks on this Web Site, the property of Euro-American Foods Limited or Pleasefindit Limited and the directors of the aforesaid, shall be deemed to be under the exclusive control of the aforementioned parties. Delivery of Groceries, Jewellery, Wallhangings, Soap and Leathergoods within the United Kingdom

Groceries are delivered as specified at the top of each page, to the customers address anywhere within England, Wales, Lowland Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands. Subject to availability and with prior dispatch advice.

All saddles are shipped directly from the United States.

Saddles orders for delivery to any country within the European Union. The shipping period is variable and the cost is not included in the price of the product. Destinations outside of the United Kingdom and European Union.

Small Orders Next Business Day Delivery

All orders for the Small Order Next Business Day Delivery service must be received by 10:30 hrs. in London England, on the business day prior to the day of delivery. Orders where payment is to be made by cheque will be dispatched on the day the cheque has been cleared by our bankers, unless the cheque has been guaranteed with a Cheque Guarantee Card, when dispatch will be on receipt of said cheque.

Complaints

Customers should address any complaint to: Customer Care at Euro-American Foods Ltd via E-mail.

Response

Euro-American Foods Limited and Pleasefindit Limited undertake to respond as quickly as reasonably possible to any complaint or enquiry. Normally within one hour of receipt. However at the latest, a response will be guaranteed by the close of business for any communication received by noon on the same day. Alternatively by noon the following day for communications received after noon on the preceding day.

Customer Care

It is the policy of the Directors of Euro-American Foods Limited and Pleasefindit Limited to give customers the very best Customer Care. Exercising due diligence in all matters and transactions, with helpful consideration at all times within reasonable trading criteria.

Substitutions

Euro-American Foods Limited and Pleasefindit Limited reserve the right to make substitutions to orders when stock is unavailable but there is a similar product of equal or higher value available.

Refunds

A complete refund will be made within thirty days, for any order, or part order, that cannot be fulfilled within 14 business days, due to non availability of stocks, at the e-mailed request of the customer . Any non availability of any product ordered will be notified, in writing, to the customer, with all practical speed, in accordance with the company's best business practice policy.

Each consignment will be delivered by the most logistically expedient means, according to weight and product specification. Each delivery must be signed for by the addressee or their agent.

• Euro-American Foods Limited welcomes all orders from any consumer or group of consumers provided orders are placed according to the minimum quantities specified and can be received at reasonable delivery times.(Except where a special request for a smaller quantity and/or deliver time has been made and agreed)
• If an order is required urgently, a courier can be instructed for Special Delivery - please go to the Pleasefindit form and detail the requirement. Any additional costs will be specified by return of e-mail.

Saddles And Saddlery

Euro-American Foods Limited will not accept any responsibility for the fitting of Saddles and Saddlery and cannot be held liable for any consequential loss sustained. It is the responsibly of the purchaser/customer to ensure that Saddles and Saddlery are properly fitted to horses in accordance with normal equestrian practice and custom.

Return of Goods and The Right to Cancel

Euro-American Foods Limited will give a complete refund on any defective products or goods, providing they are returned prepaid to 124 CITY ROAD, LONDON, EC1V 2NX ENGLAND. postmarked or courier date stamped on the notification date, as set out in Articles 10 (4) & (5) of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and with all of the original packaging and labelling of the product or goods. Goods returned must be in a wholly undamaged condition without any wear or tear in every respect and equal to their delivery appearance when new. The customer will only be liable for all courier and/or shipping costs incurred. Article 10 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, does not apply to any and all foodstuffs sold by Euro-American Foods Limited which are exempt under article 13.(1)(c) of The Act.

Quality - Quantity - Branding - Packaging - Containers Glass or otherwise - Boxes for foodstuffs/groceries.

The risk in all and any goods contracted, shall pass to the customer upon delivery. The contracting customer agrees and confirms that upon delivery, he/she or his/her agent will immediately open any consignment, parcel, package or shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer and or his/her agent to inspect all packages, containers - glass or otherwise and boxes contained therein, ensuring and confirming that they are undamaged, unopened, unbroken and that all seals and security devices are fully intact and all goods/products are properly and reasonably packaged and in so doing, the products are of a sound, merchantable and edible quality at the time of delivery. Furthermore, the customer will ensure that all quantities and branding are in accordance with their requested order. It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately notify Euro-American Foods Ltd and Pleasefindit Ltd in writing either by e-mail or facsimile transmission no later than 18:30 hours on the day of receipt, in the context of the company's Complaints Procedure of any damage or failure, that has been found within any consignment, parcel, package or shipment. Euro-American Foods Ltd and Pleasefindit Ltd shall not be held in any way liable for any damage, loss or consequential loss after the goods contracted for and contained in any consignment, parcel, package or shipment have passed into the possession of the contracting customer or his/her agent.

Sell-By and Best-Before Dates

Euro-American Foods Limited and Pleasefindit Limited guarantee, that all products are long shelf life, non-perishable and that the 'Sell-By' or 'Best-Before' dates are several months and sometimes a year or two, ahead of the purchase date by customers. E-mail enquires are welcomed, for the 'Sell-By' or 'Best-Before' date of any product, that a customer is proposing to purchase. Except where any goods or products are offered by affiliated companies, where neither Euro-American Foods Limited or Pleasefindit Limited do not have any practical control or management.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any legal relationship agreement or contract entered into or generated or originated via this Web Site or any other Website, the property of Euro-American Foods Limited and Pleasefindit Limited (The Domain Names and Universal Resource Locations and any Domains Names or Universal Resource Locations, (URLs) the property of Euro-American Foods Limited, Pleasefindit Limited and the Directors of the aforementioned companies or linked or forwarded or leased to or from the aforementioned companies howsoever), originating anywhere or in any country throughout the world, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England & Wales.
